This website provides information and online services for Tollgate Crossing Metro District No. 2 (the District). Pristine Management is the management contact. These terms describe use of the website; they do not replace District rules, official notices, or a separately signed agreement.
Information and notices
Meeting schedules, facility information, project estimates, and documents may change. Check the latest posted notice or contact management before relying on information for a deadline, meeting, or reservation. If a website summary differs from an official notice, adopted rule, or signed agreement, refer to that underlying document and ask management to clarify.
Reservations and payments
Provide accurate contact and event details when requesting a clubhouse reservation. Review the rental agreement and facility rules before signing. A temporary date hold, submitted request, or visit to the payment page does not by itself confirm a reservation. Management must verify payment and approve the booking.
Payments are handled through Clover on a separate payment page. Rental charges, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and facility-use obligations are governed by the applicable rental agreement and District rules. Contact management with questions about a payment or reservation. Test or demonstration bookings do not reserve the facility.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not authorized to provide, interfere with the service, upload harmful files, or attempt to access private records or administrator functions without authorization. Administrator accounts are for authorized users, who should protect their sign-in credentials.
Documents and outside services
You may use the website to find and read District information. Preserve the context and date when sharing a document, and do not present altered material as an official District record. Third-party photographs, logos, and other material may carry separate usage restrictions.
Links to payment, map, social media, and online meeting services take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make their content or operation part of this website.
Availability and changes
The website may be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. Contact management if an online service is unavailable or information appears incorrect. Revisions to these website terms will appear here with an updated date; they do not amend an existing signed rental agreement.
