The Tollgate Crossing Metro District maintains and manages the Tollgate Crossing Swimming Pool. If you need a new pool key, one can be purchase for $15. Please email Lucas Nishimoto directly at lnishimoto@brightstarcolorado.com.

Landscaping Service Schedule
LMI Colorado will provide Tollgate Metro District with their common area landscaping needs for the 2026 season. Please reference the Schedule of Services for the timeline of landscaping services. The mow services day is Mondays.
