Tollgate Crossing holds twice a year, neighborhood garage sales.

Spring Garage Sale: Friday, June 13th - Saturday, June 14th
Fall Garage Sale: Friday, September 12th - Saturday, September 13th

(Renovations have been completed on the Tollgate Clubhouse and are now open for reservations).

Landscaping Service Schedule

LMI Colorado will provide Tollgate Metro District with their common area landscaping needs for the 2025 season. Please reference the Schedule of Services for the timeline of landscaping services. The mow services day is Mondays.
